Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your PPClub account. Limits can be reduced immediately. Increases only take effect after a mandatory review period to ensure the change is deliberate.
PPClub believes that gaming should be entertaining, not distressing. This page outlines the tools, guidelines, and support resources available to every eligible Malaysian player who wants to keep their gambling under conscious, deliberate control.
Responsible gambling means choosing to participate in casino games, sports betting, and live dealer tables as a form of paid leisure — with full awareness that money can be lost and that outcomes cannot be reliably predicted or controlled. It means setting clear personal boundaries before you start, sticking to them regardless of recent results, and recognising when gambling has moved from entertainment into a pattern that causes harm.
For Malaysian players using PPClub, this means approaching every session with a pre-decided budget. Whether you are following an EPL match on a Friday night in Kuala Lumpur, checking Liga Super Malaysia betting markets from Petaling Jaya, or enjoying live baccarat from Penang, the amount you are prepared to spend should be decided before you deposit — not adjusted mid-session in response to a losing run.
The financial risk is real. Losses can accumulate faster than most players expect, and the house edge on casino games means that the long-term statistical result favours the operator. Sports betting carries its own unpredictability. No strategy, hot streak, or system changes the fundamental nature of gambling as a high-risk activity. PPClub encourages every player to treat every ringgit wagered as a cost of entertainment, not an investment.
PPClub is not a suitable activity for anyone experiencing financial difficulty, stress, depression, or impulsive spending patterns. If gambling is being used as a way to escape problems, relieve anxiety, or recover money already lost, those are warning signals that should be taken seriously immediately.
If you answer yes to two or more of the following questions, it may be worth taking a break or speaking to a support service.
Do you spend more than you originally planned during most gambling sessions?
Have you borrowed money, used bill funds, or sold items to continue gambling?
Do you feel a strong need to chase losses to get back to even?
Has gambling caused stress, arguments, or disruption at home or at work?
Do you hide the amount of time or money you spend on gambling from family or friends?
Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not able to gamble?
If this describes you: Consider speaking to a support service listed at the bottom of this page. You can also contact PPClub support to activate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion.
PPClub provides a range of tools to help every eligible player manage their activity. These features are available at no cost and can be activated by contacting the support team at [email protected] at any time.

Choose a maximum loss amount per session, day, or week. Once you reach the limit, your account restricts further play for the period. This prevents a short losing run from becoming a much larger financial event.
Request periodic on-screen reminders during a gaming session. Alerts help you stay aware of the time you have spent. Losing track of time is a common early indicator of problematic gaming behaviour.
Request a temporary break of one day, one week, one month, or longer. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended. This is useful when you recognise that a break is needed but are not ready for long-term exclusion.
Request a long-term or indefinite exclusion from PPClub. During exclusion, all account access, deposits, and play are suspended. Reactivation requests require a deliberate confirmation process and may be reviewed individually.
Request a written summary of your recent PPClub deposit, withdrawal, and wagering history. Reviewing actual numbers helps players understand their spending pattern and make a more informed decision about whether to continue.
How to activate a control: Email [email protected] with your account username and the control you want to apply. All limit reductions and exclusions are processed promptly. Limit increases and exclusion reversals are subject to a review period.
PPClub requires all players to be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is stricter than the minimum applied in some other jurisdictions and reflects PPClub's commitment to ensuring that only fully eligible adults participate. Registering an account while under 21 is a breach of the PPClub Terms and Conditions.
PPClub may request a valid MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification at any stage of the customer relationship to verify age. A selfie, proof of address, or payment account ownership documentation may also be required. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended until verification is complete.
If you share a device with family members in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, or anywhere else in Malaysia, please ensure that young persons do not have access to your PPClub login details or saved session. Parents and guardians play an important role in preventing underage access to gambling platforms.
Where PPClub identifies that a player was under 21 at the time of registration, the account will be closed, pending transactions cancelled, and deposits returned subject to verification. Winnings generated during that period will be forfeited.
Problem gambling develops gradually. It rarely appears all at once. Some common patterns worth monitoring include:
These are not personal failures. They are recognised patterns associated with gambling harm. Help is available. See the support resources below or contact PPClub support to apply an account restriction immediately.
A gambling budget is simply the amount you are genuinely comfortable losing without affecting your standard of living. It should be drawn from disposable income only — money left over after rent, groceries, transport, utility bills, and other essential expenses in Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar, Petaling Jaya, or wherever you live. If there is no money left after necessities, the PPClub budget for that period is zero.
Decide the amount before you log in. Write it down if that helps. Once you have deposited that amount, accept that it may be lost entirely. If you reach your limit during a session, close the browser. Do not use a second payment method, access a different e-wallet, or make a top-up deposit in the same session. The session is over.
MYR deposit limits help here. Setting a PPClub deposit limit at or below your pre-decided budget prevents impulse top-ups. For example, if you decide that RM150 per week is a comfortable entertainment budget, you can set a weekly deposit limit of RM150 and the platform will not allow additional deposits until the following week. This removes the decision from the moment of play, when judgment is most affected by recent results.
Time management matters equally. Open a timer when you start a session. A two-hour session that produces a moderate loss is healthier than a six-hour marathon that loses the same amount at a faster pace while leaving you fatigued and more likely to make poor decisions in the final stages.
Gambling is never a way to manage debt, pay bills, or produce a regular income. If this thought is present, please seek support.
